Sheik and Zelda, shoes and armour progress

 Just an update on how my cosplays are going. Thought I'd pos a dfew images of Sheik's shoes and Zelda's armour in progress along with a shot of Zelda's earrings:

A fresh start

Well I have decided after a while to continue with this blog even though I am no longer studying Games Design at university (thanks for the Masters in Arts with distinction Uclan!) and so it shall now be transformed into my own little diary of all things creative.

Lately my big project has been a set of 3 matching costumes for myself, my boyfriend and my sister to attend MCM Expo in :)

This year I shall be attending both London and Manchester Expo as Sheik (SSBB/TP version) along with my boyfriend as Link (TP version) and then my sister will join us for Manchester Expo as Zelda (TP version)!!!

These are a dream set of cosplays for me as I'm a HUGE legend of Zelda nutcase.

As for progress I'm rather far in with Shiek already but heres a few preview pictures of the cotumes in progress:

The thigh pieces had hylian symbols on them that I couldnt make out so I improvised and wrote 'Together with the Hero of Time, the awakened ones will bind the evil and return the light of peace to the world' in TP Hylian, which is a quote from Sheik in OOT.

I figured it'd give it a nice authentic touch :)

There has actually been a little more progress since these pictures in terms of Sheik but I shall leave that for another post....
